Once trained, people want to implement new skills quickly. However, developing the tools required falls outside the scope of training, and is within the remit of consultancy. I can work with you on an individual basis, to develop such essential tools as:
- Project planning templates using your project software.
- Tools for collecting tracking data
- Progress report formats
- Standard operating procedures for project planning and management
Example: I recently customised Microsoft Project for a client, to integrate cost and budget management. A budget versus actual cost report is generated as a cash flow - not available in MS Project Standard.
